We encourage our customers to place their orders though our web site.  However,   if you do not feel comfortable sending your credit card information to us over the Internet, you still can shop with us.  On selected merchandise offered exclusively by HBE, we provide the option for you to order these “HBE products” either by mail, email or
telephone.

Shipping for HBE Merchandise

We fulfill orders directly for all books or other items sold in the “Featured Promotion” section of HBE’s Publication; and, on other web pages where company products are placed.  We ship these items by U.S. Mail, UPS, FedEx and various other means usually within one business day of receiving your order.  If you have not received your order within a reasonable period, please contact us directly.  We’re prompt with replies and want you to be a satisfied customer.

Return Policy for HBE Products

For HBE only products, unless otherwise noted, customers have 30 days from the shipment date listed on your package to return an item for a full refund. HBE does not pay return shipping unless the return is a result of HBE’s error. Products should be returned undamaged and shipped via traceable means. Please include a copy of the packing list indicating quantity, title and invoice number, if applicable.

Third Party Orders

HBE has teamed up with a number of merchant partners to enhance your online shopping experience. In fact, most of the products and services we offer are from our third party relationships.  Please follow the shipping, return, replacement, and refund policy of the third party merchant when placing your order.  You should be able to review a link that describes their policy when you are fulfilling your order.
